Signature Programs - Radiant Return I, II and III

We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee on all Radiant Return signature programs. If you begin a program and feel it is not the right fit for you, contact us within 7 days of your purchase date and we will issue a full refund - no questions asked.

Refund requests received after 7 days of purchase are not eligible for a refund as substantial program content will have been accessed.

To request a refund, email us at support@radiantreturnwellness.com with your name, order number and purchase date.

The Radiant Return 30-Day Challenge

We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee on the 30-Day Challenge. Contact us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.

The Radiant Return Collective - Monthly Membership

Your monthly membership may be cancelled at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect immediately and you will not be charged for future billing periods. Monthly membership fees are non-refundable for the current billing period.

The Radiant Return Collective - Annual Membership

Annual memberships include a 30-day full refund window from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days, contact us at support@radiantreturnwellness.com for a full refund. After 30 days, annual memberships are non-refundable but may be cancelled at any time to prevent automatic renewal.

How to Cancel Your Membership

You may cancel your Radiant Return Collective membership at any time through your account settings. Alternatively, email us at support@radiantreturnwellness.com and we will process your cancellation within 1 business day.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to decline refund requests that show evidence of program completion or excessive content consumption beyond what is reasonable for an evaluation period.
